摘要 介绍了四川石化50 kt/a硫黄回收装置尾气处理单元的工艺流程及运行情况,采用VERHOFF公式和OKKES公式对硫黄回收装置尾气焚烧炉排放的烟气进行了酸露点核算,并据此提出了节能措施。经核算,尾气焚烧炉排放烟气的酸露点不高于110℃,远低于排烟温度设计值300℃,通过减少燃料气用量、提高换热设备的换热效率、改用低温尾气加氢催化剂等措施降低排烟温度,或增设板式换热器回收排放烟气的富余热量,可实现节能降耗,增加经济效益。 The technological process and operation of the tail gas treatment unit of the 50 kt/a sulphur recovery unit of Sichuan Petrochemical are introduced,and the acid dew point of the flue gas emitted from the tail gas incinerator of the sulphur recovery unit is calculated using the VERHOFF formula and the OKKES formula.After calculation,the acid dew point of the flue gas discharged from the tail gas incinerator is not higher than 110℃,which is far lower than the design value of the exhaust gas temperature of 300℃.By reducing the amount of fuel gas,improving the heat exchange efficiency of heat exchange equipment,using low-temperature exhaust gas hydrogenation catalysts and other measures to reduce the exhaust gas temperature,or adding a plate heat exchanger to recover the excess heat of exhaust flue gas,energy saving and consumption reduction can be achieved,increasing economic benefits.
