针刺治疗干眼的研究进展

Research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of dry eye

干眼的发病率日益增高,且有年轻化的趋势。针对干眼采取积极有效的治疗措施具有重大的临床意义。通过回顾近年来针刺治疗干眼的文献发现,运用局部取穴或辨证取穴针刺治疗干眼能有效改善干眼患者泪膜破裂时间、促进机体泪液分泌、减少角结膜荧光染色,还可抑制眼表炎性反应。针刺结合其他疗法治疗干眼不仅可改善干眼患者的自觉症状,也可促进患者角膜上皮细胞修复,并增加泪膜的稳定性等。这不但为针刺疗法的与时俱进提供了必要的参考资料,也为诠释针刺治疗干眼的科学性提供了客观依据。

The incidence rate of dry eye is increasing and the age of onset has a trend of younger. It is of great clinical significance to take active and effective treatment measures for dry eyes. By reviewing the literature on acupuncture treatment of dry eye in recent years, it is found that acupuncture treatment with local acupoint selection or acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation can effectively improve the tear film rupture time of patients with dry eye, promote the body’s tear secretion, reduce the fluorescence staining of cornea conjunctiva, and inhibit the ocular surface inflammatory reaction. Acupuncture combined with other therapies can not only improve the conscious symptoms of dry eye patients, but also promote the repair of corneal epithelial cells and increase the stability of tear film. This review not only provides necessary reference materials for acupuncture therapy to keep pace with the times, but also provides an objective basis for interpreting the scientificity of acupuncture in the treatment of dry eye.
