无偿献血短信招募形式对献血招募影响的研究

Study on the Impact of Unpaid Blood Donation Text Message Recruitment on Blood Donation Recruitment

目的研究以短信招募为方式对献血者招募的影响,是否有利于特殊时期血液保障,建立并维系固定献血者队伍。方法采用定期间、定地点对符合献血条件的献血者发送招募短信。(1)按采血第一周、第二周、第三周不同时间段分为3组进行研究。(2)按采血200 mL、300 mL、400 mL不同献血量分为3组进行研究。(3)按20-29岁、30-39岁、40-49岁、50岁以上不同献血年龄段分为4组进行研究。(4)通过应急短信招募来的献血者在不同献血地点献血人数的研究。(5)应急短信招募献血者和未通过应急短信招募的随机献血者人数比例的研究,分析其对献血人数的影响。结果除了短信招募献血者和随机献血者人数比较无差异外,其余不同条件组别比较,具有统计学差异。结论以短信招募为新兴方式的应急献血者招募,对预先制订采血计划和血液工作具有指导性作用。

Objective Study the impact of text message recruitment on blood donor recruitment,whether it is conducive to special period blood security,the establishment and maintenance of a fixed blood donor team.Methods Adopt a fixed period,set the location,for the blood donors who meet the conditions for blood donation,send recruitment text messages.(1)According to the first week,the second week,the third week,the different time period is divided into three groups to study.(2)According to the blood collection 200 mL,300 mL,400 mL,different blood donation sin is divided into three groups to study.(3)According to 20-29 years old,30-39 years old,40-49 years old,50 years old and over,different blood donation age groups are divided into four groups.(4)Study on the number of blood donors recruited through emergency text messages at different blood donation sites.(5)Study on the proportion of people recruiting blood donors and random blood donors who were not recruited through emergency text messages.Analyze its impact on the number of blood donors.Results Except that there was no difference in the number of blood donors recruited by text message and random blood donors,there were statistical differences among the other groups of different conditions.Conclusion Use text message recruitment as an emerging form of emergency blood donor recruitment,it has a guiding effect on the predevelopment of blood collection plan and blood work.
