临床医学检验质量控制措施探讨

Discussion on Quality Control Measures of Clinical Medical Examination

目的分析评价临床医学检验质量控制措施的具体实施方法及其效果。方法本次将某院于2018年2月至2019年1月期间收治的100例行临床医学检验的患者100份样本作为研究的主要对象,按随机的方式分成两组;其中,对照组50例(50份样本)采取常规质控方法,观察组50例(50份样本)采取综合质量控制措施,进一步对两组临床医学检验的质量、效果进行分析、比较。结果(1)在临床医学检验差错事件的总发生率上,观察组为4.00%,和对照组的34.00%对比显著更低,两组之间的数据存在明显差异性(χ^(2)=11.286,P<0.05)。(2)在患者对临床医学检验质量控制服务工作的总体满意度方面,观察组为94.00%,和对照组的62.00%比较明显更高,两组之间的数据存在明显差异性(χ^(2)=12.359,P<0.05)。(3)在检验报告的完整性方面,对照组为82.00%(41/50),而观察组为100.00%(50/50)。观察组的检验报告的完整性显著高于对照组,差异显著(χ^(2)=9.890,P<0.05),两组比较存在统计学意义。结论临床医学检验过程中,加强质量控制措施的实施,能够降低临床医学检验差错事件的发生率,提高患者对临床医学检验质量控制服务工作的总体满意程度,保障检验报告的完整性,进一步提高临床医学检验的整体质量。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the implementation method and effect of clinical test quality control measures.Methods One hundred samples of 100 patients admitted to a hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 for routine clinical medical examination were taken as the main objects of the study,and randomly divided into two groups.Among them,50 cases(50 samples)in the control group were controlled by conventional quality control methods,and 50 cases(50 samples)in the observation group were controlled by comprehensive quality control measures.The quality and effect of clinical medical tests in the two groups were further analyzed and compared.Results(1)The total incidence of clinical laboratory error events in the observation group(4.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(34.00%),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=11.286,P<0.05).(2)The overall satisfaction of patients with clinical laboratory quality control service was 94.00%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(62.00%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=12.359,P<0.05).(3)In terms of the completeness of inspection reports,the control group was 82.00%(41/50),while the observation group was 100.00%(50/50).The completeness of test report in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=9.890,P<0.05),and there was statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion In the process of clinical medical testing,strengthening the implementation of quality control measures can reduce the incidence of clinical medical test errors,improve the overall satisfaction of patients with clinical medical test quality control service,ensure the integrity of the test report,and further improve the overall quality of clinical medical testing.
