刺络拔罐法结合清肺汤治疗风热型痤疮的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture and Cupping Combined with Qingfei Decoction in the Treatment of Wind Heat Acne

目的探讨不同方案治疗风热型痤疮的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月于我院治疗痤疮患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组:35例,刺络拔罐法联合清肺汤;对照组:35例,常规西药治疗,比较两组的临床治疗有效率、各不同皮损的数目、血清白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4、IL-10与干扰素(IFN)-γ水平、痤疮特异性生活质量量表(Acne-Qol)评分及不良反应发生率。结果两组在治疗前的各不同皮损的数目进行对比均无统计学差异(P>0.05),在治疗3周、6周后,两组的各不同皮损的数目均减少,且试验组的各不同皮损的数目均少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗前的血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ水平进行对比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。在治疗3周、6周后,两组患者血清IL-2、IFN-γ水平均升高,血清IL-4、IL-10水平均降低。而且此时试验组的血清IL-2、IFN-γ水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),血清IL-4、IL-10水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的痤疮特异性生活质量量表(Acne-Qol)评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组的Acne-Qol评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,试验组临床有效率较高(94.30%vs.77.10%)。试验组不良反应发生率较低(8.40%vs.19.60%)。结论采用刺络拔罐法+清肺汤中医方案治疗风热型痤疮的效果较好,可有效缩小皮损范围、减轻皮损程度,减轻患者的炎性反应程度,提高临床治疗效果,患者生活质量改善显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of different schemes in the treatment of wind heat acne.Methods Seventy patients with acne treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group:35 cases,pricking collaterals and cupping combined with Qingfei decoction;Control group:35 cases were treated with conventional western medicine.The clinical effective rate,the number of different skin damage,serum interleukin(IL)-2,IL-4,IL-10 and interferon(IFN)-γlevel,acne specific quality of life scale(acne QOL)score and incidence of adverse reactionswere were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the number of different lesions between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment,the number of different skin damage in the two groups decreased,and the number of different skin damage in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-10 and IFN-γbetween the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 weeks and 6weeks of treatment,the levels of serum IL-2 and IFN-γin the two groups were increased,and the levels of serum IL-4 and IL-10 were decreased.At this time,the serum IL-2 and IFN-γlevels of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum IL-4 and IL-10 levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Acne-Qol score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the Acne-Qol score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher(94.30%vs.77.10%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower(8.40%vs.19.60%).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of wind-heat acne,the TCM program of pricking and cupping+Qingfei decoction has good effect,which can effectively reduce the scope of skin lesions,reduce the degree of skin lesions,reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction of patients,improve clinical treatment effect,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
