人性化护理服务应用于支气管肺炎儿童护理工作中对其家属满意度的影响

Effect of Humanized Nursing Service on the Satisfaction of Family Members in the Nursing of Children with Bronchopneumonia

目的研究人性化护理服务应用于支气管肺炎儿童护理工作中效果及对其家属满意度的影响。方法摘选94例2020年3月至2021年3月于我院治疗的支气管肺炎儿童,现以随机抽取方式进行对等分组,参照组(n=47),给予儿童常规护理服务;研究组(n=47),给予儿童人性化护理服务,对两组儿童的临床护理结果进行总结与分析。结果护理后,研究组的疾病治疗总有效率相较于参照组明显更高,χ^(2)=4.92,P<0.05;研究组的发热消退时间、咳嗽症状缓解时间、白细胞计数恢复正常时间以及住院时间相较于参照组均明显更短,t=15.18、t=32.21、t=5.51、t=11.79,P<0.05;研究组家属对护理工作的满意度相较于参照组也明显更高,χ^(2)=6.40,P<0.05。结论对支气管肺炎儿童开展人性化护理服务可在更短的时间内改善患儿的症状,提升疾病治疗效果,减少住院时间,还能有效提升患儿家属对于护理工作的满意程度,建议临床积极推广此护理服务。

Objective To study the effect of humanized nursing service in the nursing of children with bronchopneumonia and its impact on the satisfaction of their families.Methods Ninety-four children with bronchopneumonia treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group(n=47)was given routine nursing services;The study group(n=47)was given humanized nursing services for children,and the clinical nursing results of the two groups were summarized and analyzed.Results After nursing,the total effective rate of disease treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,χ^(2)=4.92,P<0.05;The fever subsided time,cough symptom relieved time,leukocyte count returned to normal time and hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,t=15.18,t=32.21,t=5.51,t=11.79,P<0.05;The satisfaction of family members in the study group was also significantly higher than that in the reference group,χ^(2)=6.40,P<0.05.Conclusion Humanized nursing service for children with bronchopneumonia can improve the symptoms of children in a shorter time,improve the effect of disease treatment,reduce the length of hospital stay,and effectively improve the satisfaction of children’s families with nursing work.It is suggested to actively promote this nursing service in clinic.
