基于SWOT理论下医学类专业“课程思政”教学发展探析

Analysis on development ideas of"ideological and political theories teaching in all course"in medical specialty under SWOT theory

为培养党和人民信赖的高职业道德和人文素养的好医生,文章以SWOT理论为依据,依靠课程思政的优势,利用国家政策大力支持、线上线下教学多渠道的机会,克服课程思政机制不健全、专业课程教师思政意识不强等劣势,减少复杂多变的社会环境对当代医学生思想的影响。在此基础上提出医学类专业课程思政的发展思路,要深化教学改革、构建完善的课程思政建设机制体制,建立激励机制、打造高水平师资队伍,利用线上线下教学平台、创新教学方式方法,发挥学生主体作用、创建安全和谐校园环境,建立科学的课程思政教学质量评价体系,真正做到将知识传授、能力培养和思政教育融为一体,实现思想政治教育与知识体系教育的有机统一。

In order to cultivate good doctors with high profes sional ethics and humanistic quality trusted by the party and the people,the paper is based on SWOT theory,relying on the advantages of"ideological and political theories teaching in all course",taking advantage of the strong support of national policies and the opportunity of online and offline teaching.We can overcome the disadvantages that the mechanism of"ideological and political theories teaching in all course"is not perfect and the professional course teachers'ideological and political consciousness is not strong,and reduce the influence of complex and changeable social environment on the thought of contemporary medical students.On this basis,this paper puts forward the development ideas of"ideological and political theories teaching in all course"in medical professional courses.It is necessary to deepen teaching reform and construct a perfect mechanism of"ideological and political theories teaching in all course",establish incentive mechanism and build a high-level teaching staff,use online and offline teaching platforms and innovative teaching methods,give full play to the main role of students and create a safe and harmonious campus environment,establish a scientific teaching quality evaluation system.We should truly integrate knowledge transfer,ability training and ideological and political education,and realize the organic unity of Ideological and political education and knowledge syst em education.
