子宫收缩乏力产后出血的健康教育模式及其对止血效率、护理满意度的影响

Effects of health education model on hemostatic efficiency and nursing satisfaction in puerperae with uterine inertia-induced postpartum hemorrhage

目的研究子宫收缩乏力产后出血的健康教育模式及其对止血效率、护理满意度的影响。方法选择2018年12月至2019年10月于广东省惠州市第二妇幼保健院妇产科生产出现子宫收缩乏力产后出血的患者共66例作为观察对象进行回顾性分析。根据教育模式不同,分为试验组与对照组,对照组给予常规的教育模式,试验组给予健康教育模式,对两组患者接受教育后对护理的满意度、焦虑与抑郁状况以及患者止血效率进行跟踪记录、分析、比较。结果试验组患者满意度(93.94%)、止血效率(96.97%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者焦虑与抑郁状况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用健康教育模式能够显著提升子宫收缩乏力产后出血患者的止血效率以及护理满意度,健康教育模式可以推广运用。

Objective To study the effects of health education model on hemostatic efficiency and nursing satisfaction in puerperae with uterine inertia-induced postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 66 puerperae with uterine inertia-induced postpartum hemorrhage who delivered in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Huizhou Second Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital of Guangdong Province from December 2018 to October 2019 were selected as observation subjects and retrospectively analyzed.They were evenly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to different health education models.The control group was given the conventional education model,while the experimental group was given the health education model.The satisfaction of puerperae with nursing,anxiety and depression status and the hemostatic efficiency in puerperae after receiving health education were recorded,analyzed,and compared between the two groups.Results The puerperae satisfaction(93.94%)and hemostatic efficiency(96.97%)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression levels of puerperae in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education model can significantly improve the hemostatic efficiency and nursing satisfaction in puerperae with uterine inertia-induced postpartum hemorrhage,and therefore it is worthy of application and promo tion.
