集束化护理对卵巢癌化疗患者心理状况及生活质量的影响

The effect of clustered nursing on the psychological status and quality of life of ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

目的探讨卵巢癌化疗患者行集束化护理对调节患者心理状况、提高生活质量的效果。方法选择2020年3月至2021年3月于福建医科大学附属第一医院接受化疗的卵巢癌患者90例进行研究,根据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组配合常规护理,观察组开展集束化护理,评估两组患者护理前后心理状态变化,比较分析各组患者护理前后生活质量评分差异。结果观察组护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,生活质量量表中躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌化疗患者通过集束化护理干预能够有效调节焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of clustered nursing for patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy on regulating their psychological status and improving their quality of life.Methods A study of 90 ovarian cancer patients who received chemotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from March 2020 to March 2021 was selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group cooperated with routine nursing care,and the observation group carried out clustered nursing care.To evaluate the changes in the psychological status of the two groups of patients before and after care,and to compare and analyze the differences in the quality of life scores of the patients in each group before and after care.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in the quality of life scale were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clustered nursing intervention for patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy can effectively regulate anxiety,depression and other unhealthy emotions and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
