高压氧联合丁苯酞治疗脑梗死的效果及对血同型半胱氨酸的影响

Hyperbaric oxygen combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its effect on blood homocysteine

目的分析研究高压氧联合丁苯酞治疗脑梗死及对血同型半胱氨酸的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年10月揭阳市人民医院120例脑梗死患者作为本研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为丁苯酞治疗组与联合治疗组,每组各60例,比较两组神经功能、生活质量及血同型半胱氨酸水平。结果联合治疗组神经功能缺损评分低于丁苯酞治疗组,各项生活质量评分高于丁苯酞治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合治疗组血同型半胱氨酸水平低于丁苯酞治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合丁苯酞治疗脑梗死具有显著的临床效果,能有效降低血同型半胱氨酸水平,改善患者神经功能,提高生活质量,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with butylphthalide on cerebral infarction and blood homocysteine.Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the People’s Hospital of Jieyang City from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into butylphthalide treatment group and combined treatment group by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The neurological function,quality of life(QOL)and blood homocysteine level were compared between the two groups.Results The neurological deficit score of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the butylphthalide treatment group,and the QOL score was higher than that of the butylphthalide treatment group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The blood homocysteine level in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the butylphthalide treatment group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with butylphthalide has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction,effectively reducing blood homocysteine level as well as improving neurological function and QOL of patients.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion.
