富自体浓缩生长因子纤维蛋白液联合骨修复材料对上颌前牙区骨缺损引导骨再生的效果

The effect of autologous concentrated growth factor fibrin solution combined with bone repair materials on guided bone regeneration for bone defects in the maxillary anterior region

目的探究富自体浓缩生长因子纤维蛋白液联合骨修复材料对上颌前牙区骨缺损引导骨再生的效果。方法选取2017年3月至2020年3月江门市中心医院口腔科收治的68例上颌前牙区骨缺损患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(34例)和观察组(34例)。两组均接受骨缺损引导骨再生治疗,对照组患者采用骨修复材料治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合富自体浓缩生长因子纤维蛋白液,两组术后均随访1年。比较两组患者术后7 d的黏膜愈合情况,比较两组患者术前与术后1年的骨缺再生情况。结果术后7 d,观察组患者的黏膜颜色和黏膜肿胀程度评分均低于对照组;与术前相比,两组患者术后1年的植骨高度与成骨厚度均升高,且观察组患者的植骨高度和成骨厚度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论富自体浓缩生长因子纤维蛋白液联合骨修复材料治疗上颌前牙区骨缺损可以有效促进患者术区的黏膜愈合和恢复,增加角化龈宽度和牙龈厚度,促进骨缺损再生。

Objective To explore the effect of autologous concentrated growth factor fibrin solution combined with bone repair materials on the guided bone regeneration(GBR)for bone defects in the maxillary anterior region.Methods A total of 68 patients with bone defects in the maxillary anterior region who were admitted to the Department of Stomatology of Jiangmen Central Hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the control group(34 cases)and the observation group(34 cases)by random number table method.Both groups received GBR for bone defects.The control group was treated with bone repair materials,while the observation group received the same treatment combined with autologous concentrated growth factor fibrin solution.Both groups were followed up for 1 year after the operation.The mucosal healing at 7 days after the operation and the bone regeneration before and 1 year after the operation were compared between the two groups.Results 7 days after the operation,the mucosal color and mucosal swelling scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;The bone graft height and bone formation thickness of the two groups one year after the operation were greater than those before the operation,and were greater in the observation group than in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of bone defects in the maxillary anterior region with autologous concentrated growth factor fibrin solution combined with bone repair materials can effectively promote the mucosa healing and recovery of the patients’operation region,increase the keratinized tissue width and gingival thickness,and promote the regeneration of bone defects.
