摘要 泥浆脉冲发生器遥传系统是随钻测量和随钻测井设备的重要组成部分,是将井下信息实时传输到地面的重要手段。剪切阀式泥浆脉冲发生器因其传输速率快、精度高,逐渐被油田服务公司采用。剪切阀泥浆脉冲发生器设计和制作时,充分考虑了水力转矩对泥浆脉冲发生器转子的关闭趋势,并设计了扭簧扭转机构,有效降低了脉冲发生器对电机转矩及功率的需求,简化了脉冲发生器结构。扭簧设计时,不同扭转角度和对应的转矩值之间有一个理论计算值,需要进行严格的检验和标定。由于扭簧扭转装置的刚度系数与电机瞬时输出转矩存在对应关系,为了能更精确地控制驱动电机,使电机输出转矩与扭簧扭转装置的转矩匹配,需要进行转矩常数的标定。 The remote transmission system of mud pulse generator is an important part of Measurement While Drilling(MWD)and Logging While Drilling(LWD)equipment.It is an important means for real-time transmission of downhole information to the surface.Shear valve mud pulse generator is gradually adopted by oilfield service companies because of its fast transmission rate and high precision.During the design and manufacture of the mud pulse generator of the shear valve,the closing trend of the hydraulic torque to the rotor of the mud pulse generator is fully considered,and a torsion spring torsion mechanism is designed accordingly.The mechanism effectively reduces the demand of the pulse generator for motor torque and power,and simplifies the structure of the pulse generator.During the design of torsion spring,there is a theoretical calculation value between its different torsion angle and the corresponding torque value,which needs to be strictly inspected and calibrated.At the same time,due to the corresponding relationship between the stiffness coefficient of the torsion spring torsion device and the instantaneous output torque of the motor,in order to more accurately control the driving motor and match the output torque of the motor with the torque of the torsion spring torsion device,the torque constant needs to be calibrated.
