摘要
绕线机是一种用于绕制电机线圈、电器线圈以及变压器线圈的专用设备,目前广泛应用于电机及变压器制造行业,对降低企业生产成本、提高生产效率具有重要作用。在现有绕线设备的基础上,对其排线部分、送线部分以及绕线部分进行设计改进,以适用多种规格线圈绕制,达到绕线性能自动化的目的,满足市场需求。
Winding machine is a special equipment for coil winding of motor,electrical appliance and transformer.At present,it is widely used in voltage regulator manufacturing industry,which plays an important role in reducing production cost and improving production efficiency.Based on the existing winding equipment,this paper designs and improves the structure of its winding part,feeding part and winding part,so as to be suitable for winding of various specifications,achieve the purpose of winding function automation and meet the market demand.
