基于ADAMS的压印机虚拟模型运动仿真研究

摘要 压印机是利用压力把纸张或者承载物进行塑性变形的一种印刷机。首先,讲述压印机的组成结构和相关零部件,利用NX建立相关模型并装配。其次,分析压印机的运动状态及凹凸滚筒和主动轮的运动。最后,将建立好的3D模型导入ADAMS中,并设置相关参数和相关运动副进行仿真模拟和运动分析,从而为压印机的凹凸滚筒在变速状态和匀速状态下提供数据分析。 Embossing machine is the use of pressure to the paper or bearing plastic deformation of a printing press,first of all,about the structure of the embossing machine and related parts,the use of NX to establish relevant parts and assembly.Then the motion of the embossing machine and concave and convex roller and driving wheel are analyzed.The established 3D model was imported into ADAMS and the relevant parameters and motion pairs were set.Then the simulation and motion analysis were carried out to provide data analysis for the concave and convex drum of the embossing machine under the condition of variable speed and uniform speed.
