设备维护是设备管理的重点,其维护时间的长短、维护质量的好坏、维护周期频率等指标均与生产效率和产品息息相关。为了减少设备维护时间,以提高生产效率为切入点,设计了一套卷烟机总成部件装拆装置,主要用于牌子箱和调头鼓轮的整体部件装拆。装置采用液压动力升降机构和螺纹式平移机构,半自动手动对位,且两不同工装装置配套使用。

Equipment maintenance is the key point of equipment management.The length of maintenance time,maintenance quality,maintenance cycle frequency and other indicators are all closely related to production efficiency and products.In order to reduce the equipment maintenance time and improve the production efficiency as the entry point,a cigarette machine assembly device is mainly used for the installation and disassembly of brand box and turn drum wheel.The device adopts hydraulic power lifting mechanism and threaded translation mechanism,semi-automatic manual matching,and supporting use of two different tooling devices.
