摘要 在车辆检测过程中,举升机是不可缺少的设备。举升机形式多样,其中剪式举升机因使用频繁和保有量大日渐成为主流,但存在垃圾及废弃物收集困难、不易清理等问题。针对上述问题,设计了一种封闭式剪式举升机箱体,对剪式举升机进行改进。改进后的举升机能在车辆检修时集中清理举升机内部的灰尘,且在不检测时可以通过凸台与凹槽的嵌合使举升机构成全封闭结构,避免落入灰尘,为设备内部环境清理及设备维护提供方便。该设备投入生产将产生一定的经济效益和社会效益,助力碳排放达标。 In the process of vehicle detection,lift is an indispensable equipment.There are many kinds of lifts,and the scissor lift is becoming the mainstream because of its most frequent use and large retention.However,it is difficult to collect garbage and waste,and it is not easy to clean up.In view of the above problems,a closed scissor lift chassis is designed to improve the scissor lift.The improved lifting function can centrally clean the dust inside the lifting machine during vehicle maintenance and can be embedded through the boss and indentation when not detected,so that the lifting mechanism has a fully closed structure to avoid falling into dust,which provides convenience for environmental cleaning and equipment maintenance inside the equipment.It can be predicted that once the equipment is put into production,it will produce an amount economic and social benefits,so as to help the carbon emission meet the standard.
