大泵曲轴的旋风铣削加工方法及工艺

摘要 压裂车大泵曲轴车削加工一直是生产中的难点。针对常规方法在主轴上安装曲轴曲拐车削偏心工装后存在的车成重量加重、主轴运转速度慢导致车削效率低等问题,提出了一种旋风铣削加工方法。通过在车床上安装旋风切削装置,在主轴低速转动、旋风切刀高速车削情况下,利用铣削代替车削,极大地提高了切削效率。生产实践证明,该方法简单可靠,实用性强,大大提高了加工效率,保证了加工精度,降低了劳动强度。 Turning of the big pump crankshaft of the fracturing vehicle has always been a difficult point in production.In view of the problems of the conventional method by installing the crankshaft crank turning eccentric tooling on the spindle,which caused the turning weight increased,the slow spindle running speed,the low turning efficiency and other problems,a cyclone milling processing method was proposed.By installing a cyclone cutting device on a lathe,milling is used instead of turning when the main shaft rotates at a low speed and the cyclone cutter is turned at a high speed,which greatly improves the cutting efficiency.The production practice has proved that the method is simple and reliable,and practical,which greatly improving the processing efficiency,ensuring the processing precision,and reducing the labor intensity.
