乡村民宿的互助开发——马岭脚民宿分析

在乡村振兴的背景下,乡村旅游业大为兴起,民宿行业也逐渐的进入乡村,作为一种实体经济在快速发展。但乡村民宿的无规划开发也给乡村建设带来了一定的问题,了解当前乡村民宿的发展现状,选取具有代表性的乡村民宿,进行区域性的规划分析。本文以浦江马岭脚民宿作为研究对象,通过对比分析两种不同类型民宿的发展模式,来探寻乡村民宿的可持续发展之道。

In the country under the background of the rural revitalization,?the home stay facility industry come gradually into the countryside and develop quickly as one of the real economy.However,home stay facility industry without any plans also brought some problems,we should understand the current status of the development of the rural home stay facility and se-lect the typical rural home stay facility.regional planning is analyzed based on the Ma Ling foot home stay facility as the research object,we can compare two different types of home stay facility development model and explore the way of the sustainable development of the rural home stay facility.
