住宅建筑设计中的公共空间设计分析

ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC SPACE DESIGN IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDING DESIGN

近年来,随着城市化进程的不断加快,人民群众对居住环境的需求也发生了本质改变,尤其是对住宅建筑设计中公共空间设计的重视程度越来越高,这对住宅建筑公共空间设计人员提出了更高要求。在设计过程中,设计人员应做到以人为本,提高住宅建筑公共空间的社会效益,满足群众的不同需求,提升人们的幸福指数。本文通过分析住宅公共空间的相关概念,根据公共空间设计的原则,对公共空间设计过程中出现的问题进行研究,并提出有效的改进措施,仅供参考。

In recent years,with the accelerating process of urbanization,people’s demand for living environment has also undergone essential changes,especially the importance of public space design in residential building design is getting higher and higher,which puts forward higher requirements for personnel of public space design of residential buildings.In the design process,designers should be people-oriented,improve the social benefits of residential building public space,meet the different needs of the masses,improve people’s happiness index.Through the analysis of related concepts of residential public space,and based on the principles of public space design,this paper studies the problems in the process of public space design,and puts forward effective improvement measures for reference only.
