摘要
随着我国城市化速度的不断加快,人们对住宅建筑的质量与居住体验的重视程度也在不断提升。本文以开展住宅建筑防水工程的意义为切入点,介绍了当前住宅建筑防水工程存在的问题,并针对不同类型防水工程的技术要点进行了论述,针对防水工程现状提出了相应的改善与强化措施,仅供相关人员参考。
With the accelerating pace of urbanization in China,people’s attention to the quality of residential buildings and living experience is also increasing.In this paper,the significance of carrying out the waterproof engineering of residential buildings is taken as the breakthrough point,and the problems existing in the current waterproof engineering of residential buildings are introduced.The technical key points of different types of waterproof engineering are discussed,and the corresponding improvement and strengthening measures are put forward for the current situation of waterproof engineering,which can only be referred for the relevant personnel.
