摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,房屋建筑的发展速度越来越快,建筑企业的数量越来越多,建筑行业竞争越来越激烈。在房建工程施工中,材料价格往往较高。为了节约成本、提高经济效益,在房建工程施工中,有些建筑企业往往会采用便宜的、劣质的材料,而降低了房屋质量,严重威胁了人们的生命财产安全。本文从房建工程施工技术与现场施工管理的重要性、房屋建筑工程的施工技术、房建现场施工的有效管理措施三个方面出发,提出了6种施工技术和5种施工管理措施,希望可以为相关人员提供参考。
With the acceleration of urbanization,the development of housing construction is getting faster and faster,the number of construction enterprises is increasing,and the competition in the construction industry is becoming more and more intense.In the construction of housing projects,the price of materials is often high.In order to save costs and improve economic benefits,construction enterprises often use cheap and inferior quality materials in housing construction projects,which reduces the quality of housing and seriously threatens the safety of people’s lives and property.This paper puts forward six kinds of construction technologies and five kinds of construction management measures from the three aspects of the importance of construction technology and site construction management,construction technology of housing construction engineering,and effective management measures of housing construction site construction,hoping to provide help for relevant personnel.
