大柴胡汤对梗阻性黄疸术后患者的影响

Effect of Dachaihu Decoction on Postoperative Patients with Obstructive Jaundice

目的分析大柴胡汤改善梗阻性黄疸术后患者肝功能、血流动力学、凝血功能的临床效果。方法将62例梗阻性黄疸术后患者作为研究对象,均来源于永城市人民医院2020年5月—2020年12月收治患者,按随机数字表法将其分为试验组、对照组,各31例。对照组予以术后常规治疗,试验组实施大柴胡汤治疗,分析2组术后肝功能、血流动力学、凝血功能状况。结果试验组治疗后谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)明显低于对照组,而白蛋白(ALB)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后血沉(ESR)明显高于对照组,且血细胞比容(HCT)、全血黏度、血浆黏度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)指标明显低于对照组,且纤维蛋白原(FIB)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论梗阻性黄疸术后患者选择大柴胡汤治疗可获得显著价值,能够有效改善其肝功能、血流动力学,且优化凝血功能指标,故值得临床应用及推广。

Objective Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Dahchaihu decoction on improving liver function,hemodynamics,and coagulation function of patients after obstructive jaundice.Methods A total of 62 postoperative patients with obstructive jaundice in Yongcheng People’s Hospital between May 2020 and December 2020 were divided into experimental group and control group,with 31 cases in each,according to the random number table method.The control group was given postoperative routine treatment,and the experimental group was given Dahchaihu decoction.The status of postoperative liver function,hemodynamic and coagulation function of the 2 groups was analyzed.Results After treatment,alanine transaminase(ALT)and aspartate transaminase(AST)were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group,whereas albumin(ALB)was significantly higher(P<0.05).The erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the hematocrit(HCT),whole blood viscosity,and plasma viscosity were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and fibrinogen(FIB)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dahchaihu decoction on improving liver function,hemodynamics,and coagulation function of patients after obstructive jaundice can obtain significant value,can effectively improve their liver function,hemodynamics,and optimize coagulation function indicators,so it deserves clinical application and promotion.
