清金化痰汤联合西药治疗痰热壅肺型慢性支气管炎急性发作期临床观察

Clinical Observation on Qingjin Huatan Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis in Acute Exacerbation

目的探索清金化痰汤联合西药治疗痰热壅肺型慢性支气管炎急性发作期的临床疗效和安全性。方法将62例符合纳入标准的患者随机均分为2组,每组31例,对照组给予常规治疗加静脉注射头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠,观察组在对照组基础上口服清金化痰汤。结果观察组在提高临床总有效率、提前主要症状消失时间、降低中医证候积分及减少不良反应情况等方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清金化痰汤与西药联合治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作,能有效缓解临床症状,提高临床控制率,且能有效减少长期使用西药带来的不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis in acute exacerbation.Methods 62 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment and intravenous injection of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium,while the observation group was given Qingjin Huatan decoction and traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group.Results The observation group was better than the observation group in improving the clinical total effective rate,advancing the disappearance time of main symptoms,reducing traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and reducing adverse reactions,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingjin Huatan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis in acute exacerbation can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the clinical control rate,and effectively reduce the adverse reactions caused by long-term use of western medicine,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
