不同方式施用壳寡糖对甜瓜幼苗的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以“百亿唐帝”甜瓜为试材,采用双因素随机区组法,用不同浓度(25、50、75、100、125 mg·L^(-1))的壳寡糖溶液分别进行浸种、叶喷和根灌处理,研究壳寡糖不同施用方式对甜瓜幼苗的影响,以期为壳寡糖在蔬菜育苗上的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:75 mg·L^(-1)壳寡糖浸种可极显著提高甜瓜种子的发芽率;其中75 mg·L^(-1)浸种、50 mg·L^(-1)叶喷、100 mg·L^(-1)根灌为各施用方式中增强甜瓜幼苗质量的最佳浓度;在施用方式中,以叶喷处理的甜瓜幼苗质量最佳,其次为根灌处理,浸种处理最弱,但均极显著高于对照。 ‘Bai Yi Tang Di’ muskmelon were used as test materials, a two-factor random block design was used.Different consistences of chitosan oligosaccharide solutions including(25,50,75,100,125 mg·L^(-1)) were used for soaking seed, foliar spray and root irrigation treatments, the effects of different application methods of chitosan oligosaccharide on melon seedlings were studied, in order to provide reference for the application of chitosan oligosaccharide in vegetable seedling raising.The results showed that the seeds which were soaked in 75 mg·L^(-1) chitosan could significantly increase the germination rate of muskmelon seeds.According to the experiments, 75 mg·L^(-1) soaking seed, 50 mg·L^(-1) foliar spray, and 100 mg·L^(-1) root irrigation were the best consistence for enhancing the quality of muskmelon seedlings among all the means.In each application method, the quality of muskmelon seedlings which were dealt with foliar spray was the best, followed by the root irrigation treatment, and the soaking seed treatment was the weakest, but they were all significantly better than comparing.
