面临“百年未有之变局”和各种外生冲击,需要以“危机意识”倒逼形成创新发展理念与创新驱动机制“。五四精神”的内核——科学与民主的价值也被赋予新的时代内涵,融入到创新理念、社会责任、爱国情怀之中,也体现在创新主体、创新路径、创新举措之中。以“双创”实践推动高等教育领域改革红利向外溢出,形成全社会创新驱动的“历史合力”已成为共识。

In the face of“unprecedented change in a century”and various exogenous shocks,it is necessary to force the formation of innovative development concept and innovation driving mechanism with“crisis consciousness”.The core of“the Spirit of the May 4th Movement”,the value of science and democracy,has also been given a new era connotation,integrated into innovation ideas,social responsibility,patriotism,and also reflected in innovation subject,innovation path,and innovation measures.It has become a consensus to promote the spillover of reform dividends in the field of higher education with“mass entrepreneurship and innovation practice”and form a“historical joint force”driven by innovation in the whole society.
