民用公共建筑节能设计的相关要点

随着社会经济的不断发展,城市化人口比例也在逐渐增加,城市化公共建筑随之越来越多。本着可持续发展的原则,在民用公共建筑中加入节能设计,能够在有效节约公共资源的同时,降低建筑能耗,并为人们带来更为健康舒适的生活环境,从而对整个城市的生活环境起到很好的改善作用。因此,民用公共建筑在选材及施工过程中产生的能源消耗,都要满足节能环保的设计要求。本文就民用公共建筑节能设计中的布局、体型、房间布置、围护结构、门窗材料等方面进行了阐述。

With the continuous development of social economy, the proportion of urbanized population is also gradually increasing, and there are more and more urbanized public buildings. Based on the principle of sustainable development, adding energy-saving design to civil public buildings can effectively save public resources, reduce building energy consumption, and bring people a more healthy and comfortable living environment, so as to improve the living environment of the whole city. Therefore, the energy consumption of civil public buildings in the material selection and construction process should meet the design requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection. In this paper, the layout, shape, room layout,enclosure structure, and door and window materials in the energy-saving design of civil public buildings are expounded.
