摘要
如今,随着社会经济的发展,我国建筑工程的规模在不断扩大。在建筑工程中,建筑企业开展全过程造价控制工作,不仅可以切实提高资金的利用率,还可以保证建筑工程质量。基于此,本文分析了建筑工程管理中全过程造价控制的应用价值及原则,并且重点探讨了建筑工程管理中全过程造价控制的具体应用。
Nowadays, with the development of social economy, the scale of construction projects in China is expanding. In construction projects, the construction enterprises carry out the whole process cost control, which can not only effectively improve the utilization rate of funds,but also ensure the quality of construction projects. Based on this, in this paper, the application value and principle of whole process cost control in construction engineering management are analyzed, the specific application of whole process cost control in construction engineering management is been focused on.
