周铭心教授治疗食道癌术后患者用药规律分析

Summary of law of postoperative medication for esophageal cancer patients treated by Professor Zhou Mingxin

目的基于周铭心教授治疗新疆地区食道癌术后患者临证处方,分析其用药配伍规律。方法筛选新疆地区食道癌术后患者临证处方83例,运用方剂计量学方法对处方进行用药频数、疏密用药、性味归经、药对与药组、特定功能类型等分析。结果新疆地区食道癌术后患者常用药物25味,屡用药13味。四气五味主要以寒、温、苦、甘为主;脾、肺为主要五脏归经。通过聚类分析得出4个药对、5个药组。临床用药按特定功能分为7类,根据特定功能拟合证候分为两大类。结论周铭心教授治疗食道癌术后患者用药着重顾护脾胃,清外燥化内湿,辛开苦降,甘缓癌痛;用药精简,方药严谨。

Objective Based on Professor Zhou Mingxin's clinical prescriptions for treatment of patients with esophageal cancer in Xinjiang after surgery to analyze drug compatibility rules.A total of 83 clinical prescriptions of patients with esophageal cancer in Xinjiang were screened,and the prescriptions were analyzed by frequency of drug use,drug use in density,nature and flavor returning to the meridian,drug pair and drug group,specific function,and correlation analysis.Results There were 25 commonly used drugs with frequency≥10%,and 13 frequently used drugs with frequency≥34%.The four Qi and five flavors are mainly cold,warm,bitter and sweet;the spleen and lung are the main Five Organs and meridians.Four drug pairs and five drug groups were obtained by cluster analysis.Clinical drugs were divided into 7 categories according to specific functions.Syndromes were divided into two categories according to specific function fitting syndromes.Conclusion Professor Zhou Mingxin's medication for patients with esophageal cancer after surgery to focus on the care of the spleen and stomach,clear the external dryness and eliminating the internal dampness.
