线上与线下混合式教学模式在核医学护理见习教学中的应用研究

A Study on the application of online and offline hybrid teaching mode in the teaching of nuclear medicine nursing apprenticeship

目的探讨线上与线下结合的教学模式在核医学护理见习教学中的应用价值。方法选取我校临床医学专业2016级4个班本科学生216名,按班级随机分成对照组和试验组,每组各108名。对照组以传统核医学护理教学模式进行授课,试验组以线上与线下混合式教学法进行,研究时间分别为2019年10月至2020年1月和2020年4—6月,共8个见习实践教学学时,使用调查问卷和学生考核成绩进行教学效果评价,并收集整理问卷调查数据及学生考核成绩数据,进行相关的统计学分析。结果对“是否了解核医学?”“核医学辐射是否可怕?”“核医学护理工作是否重要?”和了解核医学护理辐射防护相关知识,试验组学生成绩提高明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论线上与线下混合式教学模式能够使学生快速抓住学习的重点,掌握学习知识,从而有效提高学生的学习成绩,值得在核医学护理见习教学中推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of the online and offline hybrid teaching mode in the teaching of nuclear medicine nursing apprenticeship.Methods A total of 216 undergraduates from 4 classes of Grade 2016 who majored in clinical medicine in our university were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group by class,with 108 students in each group.The control group was taught with the traditional nuclear medicine nursing teaching mode,while the experimental group was taught with the online and offline hybrid teaching mode.The study period was October 2019 to January 2020 and April to June 2020,with a total of 8 apprenticeship teaching hours.The teaching effect was evaluated using questionnaires and students’assessment scores,and the questionnaire survey data and students’assessment scores were collected and collated to perform relevant statistical analysis.Results The students’assessment scores were more significantly improved in the experimental group than in the control group in terms of"Do you know about nuclear medicine?","Is radiation in nuclear medicine scary?"and"Is nuclear medicine nursing important?"as well as knowledge about radiation protection in nuclear medicine nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The online and offline hybrid teaching mode can enable students to quickly grasp the focus of learning and master the learned knowledge,thus effectively improving their learning performance.Therefore,it is worth being promoted and applied in the teaching of nuclear medicine nursing apprenticeship.
