Design of Teaching Instrument for Transparent Three-Piece Trunnion Ball Valve

为阐述球阀的作用原理、标准、结构、选材、检验与测试等内容,设计了一种透明三片式固定球阀拆装教仪用于教学演示、测绘实践。主要介绍了球阀的作用原理,列举了部分主要常用的美标、欧标、ISO标准,剖析了球阀的结构细节(如防静电设计、密封设计、阀杆防飞出及排污排气等结构),对比了工业级球阀和教学用球阀在选材和检验测试上的区别。

In order to explain design process for action principle, standard, structure, material selection, assembly/disassembly,inspection and test for ball valve;Now to design a kind of 3-pieces transparent trunnion ball valve for teaching and practicing.It mainly introduces the action-principle of the ball valve, lists some main commonly used American standards, European standards and ISO standards, analyzes the structural details of the ball valve(such as anti-static design, sealing design, valve stem antiblowout and vent & drain), compares the differences between industrial ball valve and teaching ball valve in material selection,inspection and testing.
