高通量真空平行浓缩仪设计及实验条件研究

摘要 浓缩是有机分析实验室中常用的样品处理手段。在环境检测、食品安全等领域,为了获得痕量的目标组分,快速无损的浓缩非常重要。浓缩环节一般采用旋转蒸发与惰性气体缓慢吹干,但针对大批量样品时耗时较长。针对这种情况,设计了一种高通量真空平行浓缩仪,通过实现加热、振荡、减压等控制,可同时对多个样品进行浓缩,主要介绍了浓缩仪的工作原理及系统设计,并通过设定不同的压力、水浴温度及转速,以时间、回收率为依据对最优实验条件进行了研究。使用该设备浓缩耗时短,大大提高了检测效率,同时可以通过可视水槽实时观察浓缩过程。 Concentration is a common sample handling in organic analytical laboratories.In the fields of environmental detection and food safety, in order to obtain trace target components, rapid and nondestructive concentration is very important. In the concentration process, rotary evaporation and slow drying with inert gas are generally used, but it takes a long time for a large number of samples.Through the simultaneous control of heating, vibration and pressure reduction,the multi-position vacuum parallel concentrator designed in this paper can concentrate multiple samples at the same time, which is time-consuming and greatly improves the detection efficiency;At the same time, the concentration process can be observed in real time through the visual water tank.A new automated multi-position parallel concentrator is designed and the measuring principle, system design of the instrument are introduced.By setting different pressure, water bath temperature and rotating speed, based on time and recovery,the optimal experimental conditions have been found.
