通过建立挖掘机反铲工作装置六连杆机构的三维模型,利用Pro/E软件本身强大的计算功能,实现了对铲斗挖掘力的计算并将结果用函数曲线的形式输出。文章主要介绍了铲斗挖掘力的计算方式以及各项测量定义的设置方式,实现了挖掘力计算与三维模型设计的无缝衔接,能够方便快捷地得出计算结果。

Through the establishment of the three-dimensional model of the six link mechanism of the backhoe working device of the excavator, the calculation of the bucket excavation force is realized by using the powerful calculation function of proe software, and the results are output in the form of function curve. This paper mainly introduces the calculation method of bucket excavation force and the setting method of various measurement definitions, realizes the seamless connection between excavation force calculation and three-dimensional model design, and can easily and quickly obtain the calculation results.
