摘要
为不断提高产品实体质量,降低质量风险,开展了重水堆核燃料芯块质量过程控制研究。一方面,明确两个质量控制重点,分别为芯块水浸密度控制和芯块装管质量控制。另一方面,针对两个质量控制重点,分别通过采取设备改进、工艺分析及优化等控制措施进一步规范生产制造过程,从而提高质量过程控制水平。质量过程控制实施后取得了较好效果,芯块水浸密度在10.62~10.66 g·cm^(-3)范围内的比例有了明显提高,也保证了端塞焊接质量。
In order to improve the product entity quality and reduce quality risk, CANDU-6 plant conducts the research on fuel pellet quality process control. On the one hand, confirm two key points on quality control: pellet water immersion density and loading pellet quality. On the other hand, take actions of equipment improvement, process analysis and optimization on two quality control key points, so as to increase quality process control level. This quality process control bring good result. The ratio of pellet density in range of 10.62~10.66 g·cm^(-3) is increased obviously. The end welding quality has been ensured.
