Application Analysis of Frequency Conversion Control Technology in Aircraft Assembly Crane

飞机装配是飞机制造的重要组成部分,在其生产环节需要合理选用和控制起重机,以保证吊装质量。基于此,从提高飞机装配起重机应用有效性的角度出发,分析了变频技术在此类生产活动中的应用情况。首先简述飞机装配工作的特点,其次分析应用变频控制技术的必要性,最后论述变频控制技术的实用功能。

Aircraft assembly is an important part of aircraft manufacturing. It is necessary to reasonably select and control cranes in the production process, so as to ensure the hoisting quality. Based on this, this paper will analyze the application of frequency conversion technology in this type of production activities from the perspective of improving the application effectiveness of aircraft assembly crane. This paper first describes the characteristics of aircraft assembly, then analyzes the application necessity of frequency conversion control technology, and finally discusses the practical function of frequency conversion control technology.
