The cross-border flow of data has become an important micro-foundation for the operation of the world economy in the digital age.Digital technology has changed the mode of production,thus triggering the reshaping of the international industrial division of labor and new trends in international trade.Under the impact of digital technology,the object,means and connotation of the subject of global economic governance have undergone profound changes,and global economic governance is faced with multiple practical difficulties:It is difficult to form a consensus on governance concepts,an effective multilateral digital economy governance framework still needs to be explored,and the reform of the existing multilateral economic governance mechanism lags behind.Reshaping the global economic governance system has become an objective requirement for world economic development in the digital age.China should make corresponding strategic choices in light of its relative position in the international power structure and the profound changes in the international environment.
