健脾养阴法治疗气阴两虚型干燥综合征临床疗效及安全性Meta分析

Meta-analysis on the Clinical Effect and Safety of Strengthening Spleen and Nourishing Yin Method in the Treatment of Sjogren’s Syndrome of Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin Type

目的系统评价健脾养阴法论治气阴两虚型干燥综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法检索中文、外文数据库中有关健脾养阴法论治气阴两虚型干燥综合征的随机对照试验(Randomizedcontrolledtrials,RCT),采用ReviewManager5.3软件对指标进行Meta分析。结果共有15篇文献纳入研究,治疗组512例,对照组495例。Meta分析结果表明,与对照组相比,治疗组运用健脾养阴的中药或中药复方能够明显缓解干燥综合征患者临床症状,降低实验室指标和临床症状评分,改善腺体分泌功能,提升总有效率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论干燥综合征运用健脾养阴法论治临床有效,且安全性较优。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of strengthening spleen and nourishing yin method in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin type.Methods A total of Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)involving the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome with deficiency of qi and yin by invigorating spleen and nourishing yin in the electronic library platform of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine were searched by computer.Meta-analysis of outcome indicators was performed using Review Manager 5.3software.Results Total 15 studies were included,including 512 in the treatment group and 495 in the control group.The use of Chinese medicine or compound of spleen and yin can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with Sjogren’s syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin type,reduce the laboratory indicators and clinical symptom score,improve the gland secretion function,and improve the total efficiency,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The literature evidences show that Sjogren’s syndrome with deficiency of qi and yin by invigorating spleen and nourishing yin is effective and safe.
