温针灸联合中药熏洗治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Effect of Warming Needle Moxibustion Combined with Fumigation and Washing with Chinese Medicine on Lumbar Function and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的探讨温针灸联合中药熏洗对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及炎性因子水平的影响。方法将于盂县中医医院2019年9月—2020年10月就诊的82例腰椎间盘突出症患者,依据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组(每组41例)。对照组采用温针炙治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合中药熏洗治疗,2组患者均以10次为一个疗程,均治疗2个疗程。比较2组患者临床疗效、疼痛、单项功能及日常生活能力、炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,试验组患者临床总有效率为85.37%,较对照组80.49%升高;与治疗前相比,治疗后,2组患者疼痛、单项功能及日常生活能力评分、血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗后,2组血清β-EP水平均升高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合中药熏洗可改善腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能,抑制炎性反应,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine on lumbar function and inflammatory factors in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 82 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in Yuxian of Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to October 2020 were divided into test group and control group(with 41 cases in each group).The control group was treated with warming needle moxibustion therapy,and the test group was treated with fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,pain,single function,daily living ability and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 85.37%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.49%),and the scores of pain,single function and activity of daily living(Adl),serum IL-6 and TNF-were lower in the two groups than that before treatment,compared with the control group,the level of serum EP in the two groups after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<005).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion combined with fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine can improve the lumbar function and inhibit inflammatory reaction in patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
