Discussion on the Application of Sini Powder in Kidney Diseases from the Theory of Circular Motion

四逆散首见于张仲景《伤寒杂病论》,该方疏木和中,升降相宜,是调节气机的基础方,临床常应用于治疗各科疾病。圆运动理论以“天人合一”思想为基,以河图象数之理为要,用气机升降之理阐述了人体的生理病理特点及证治规律。肾性蛋白尿、尿路感染、泌尿系结石等肾系疾病的发生与脏腑气机失调密切相关,此文基于圆运动理论分析了四逆散的组方特点,探讨了四逆散治疗肾系疾病的应用原理,旨在拓宽临床应用四逆散治疗肾系疾病的辨证思路。

Sini powder,the basic recipe of regulating qi,smoothing liver and reconciling spleen-stomach system,first appeared in Zhang Zhongjing’s Shanghan Lun and can be used for many diseases.Based on the idea of“the unity of man and nature”and Hetu imagenumerology,theory of circular motion explains the physiological and pathological characteristics of human body as well as the regulation of syndrome-treatment by using the principle of qi lifts.Kidney diseases like renal proteinuria,urinary infection and urolithiasis are closely related to the disorder of qi movement.The article analyzes the prescription characteristics of Sini powder,and the application principle of Sini powder in kidney disease by using circular motion theory,aiming to broaden dialectical thinking of Sini powder in the treatment of kidney disease.
