Teachers’moral education,the key to revitalizing surgery teacher education in the new era,plays a key role in promoting the development of surgery teacher education,improving the comprehensive quality of surgery teachers,and promoting the implementation of the fundamental task of“establishing morality and cultivating people”.This paper discusses the key concrete measures of revitalizing surgical teacher education in the new era from four aspects,and explores the specific strategies of“establishing morality first,cultivating people to correct themselves first”“morality does not match,there must be disasters”“teaching others tirelessly”“innovative evaluation mechanism,clear distinction between reward and punishment”to revitalize the construction of surgical teachers’ethics in the new era.
