基于真实的临床场景下中医四诊培训模式的构建

摘要 目的构建并实施基于真实临床场景下的中医四诊培训模式,探索其培训方法,检验其培训效果。方法2020年9月—2020年11月,纳入中山市中医院各专科各层级的护理人员作为培训对象;实施基于真实临床场景下的中医四诊培训模式,包括理论微课、临床诊查能力培训2个模块,其中临床诊查能力培训模块以老师示范、学员诊查、老师点评、临床实践的方式进行。结果理论培训前后的中医四诊知识考核总分、舌诊、闻诊得分均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而问诊、脉诊得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);临床诊查能力培训前后,中医四诊诊查能力考核总分、舌诊、闻诊、问诊、脉诊得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于真实临床场景下的培训模式对护理人员四诊诊查能力的提高效果显著。 Objective To construct and implement the training mode of look,listen,question and feel the pulse-traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)four ways of diagnosis,based on the real clinical scene,explore its training methods and test its training effect.Methods From September to November 2020,nurses of all levels in all specialties of the hospital were included as the training objects.The implementation of TCM four diagnosis training mode based on real clinical scene includes two modules:theoretical micro class and clinical diagnosis ability training.The clinical diagnosis ability training module is carried out in the way of teacher demonstration,student diagnosis,teacher comments and clinical practice.Results Before and after the theoretical training,the total score of TCM four diagnostic knowledge examination,the score of tongue diagnosis,and the score of smell diagnosis were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the score of inquiry diagnosis and pulse diagnosis were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before and after the clinical diagnosis ability training,the total score of TCM four diagnostic ability examinations,the score of tongue diagnosis,smell diagnosis,inquiry diagnosis,and pulse diagnosis were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The training mode based on the real clinical scene has a significant effect on the improvement of nurses’four diagnosis ability.
