川芎及其中成药干预慢性肾脏病导致心脏损害的研究进展

Research Progress of Sichuan Lovage Rhizome and Its Chinese Patent Medicine in the Intervention of Heart Damage Caused by Chronic Kidney Disease

慢性肾脏病(Chronic kidney disease,CKD)是临床中常见的一种肾内科疾病,是由于肾单位的缺失或肾组织的损伤而引起肾脏的排泄功能下降,进而导致机体组织和血液中废物和代谢产物的累积,引发多脏器损伤及氮质血症,心脏损害作为其主要并发症之一,不仅使患者病情加重,而且对患者的生命安全产生了严重的威胁。CKD心脏损害根本病机是“正虚邪伏”,因此应补虚扶正,而川芎具有祛风止痛、行气活血之功效。但目前关于川芎及其中成药干预CKD心脏损害的发生及发展的具体相关研究较少,因此,此文就川芎及其中成药干预CKD导致的心脏损害的作用机制作一综述,旨在为临床防治CKD心脏损害提供一定的参考。

Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a common nephrology disease in the clinic.It is caused by the loss of nephrons or damage to the kidney tissue,which causes the excretion function of the kidney to decrease,which in turn leads to the body tissue and blood.The accumulation of wastes and metabolites causes multiple organ damage and azotemia.Heart damage,as one of its main complications,not only aggravates the patient’s condition,but also poses a serious threat to the patient’s life safety.The fundamental pathogenesis of CKD heart damage is“rightness,deficiency and evilness”,so it should replenish deficiency and strengthen the body.Sichuan lovage rhizome has the effects of dispelling wind,relieving pain,and promoting blood circulation.However,there are currently few specific relevant studies on the occurrence and development of Sichuan lovage rhizome and its Chinese patent medicine for intervention in CKD heart damage.Therefore,this article summarizes the mechanism of Sichuan lovage rhizome and its Chinese patent medicine for the heart damage that can be caused by intervention of CKD.It provides a certain reference for clinical prevention and treatment of CKD heart damage.
