基于博弈视角的高职院校校企合作机制探索

Probe Into School-enterprise Cooperation Mechanism for Higher Vocational Colleges From the Perspective of Game Theory

分析了校企合作质量不高的原因,基于博弈视角厘清了校企合作双方利益关系,以及合作过程中双方的心理和策略行为演变规律,创新校企合作模式,提出高职院校要推进校企合作平台的建设,抓住企业核心利益诉求,提高专业社团运营效率,从而推动校企合作的成果转化。

The reasons for low quality of school-enterprise cooperation are analyzed,and the interests of the both parties and the evolution laws of the psychology and strategic behavior during the cooperation are clarified based on the perspective of game theory.To innovate the school-enterprise cooperation mode,it is pointed out that higher vocational colleges shall advance the construction of the school-enterprise cooperation platform,catch the core interest claims of enterprises,improve the operation efficiency of professional association,so as to push the transformation of the achievements of the school-enterprise cooperation.
