高校思想政治课初任教师面临的困难与解决策略

Difficulties Faced by Novice Teachers of Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities and Solving Strategies

高校思想政治课初任教师面临着角色转变与适应困难、自我效能感降低、职业发展困惑等问题。针对这些问题,提出了落实导师指导制度、搭建协同育人平台、创新入职培训形式、构建发展性评价体系等措施,以提升思想政治课初任教师的职业能力。

The novice teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities face the problems such as difficulty in role transformation and adaption,decrease in self-efficacy and confusion in profession development.In allusion to the problems,the measures such as implementation of tutor instruction system,construction of collaborative education platform,innovation of induction training form and establishment of developmental evaluation system are put forward,so as to improve the occupational competence of novice teachers of ideological and political courses.
