基于某院六级电子病历建设构建PIVAS闭环管理系统 被引量:4

Constructing PIVAS Closed-loop Information Management System Based on the Construction of Level-six Electronic Medical Records in A Hospital

摘要 目的 依托某院六级电子病历的建设,建立该院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)全流程药物信息化的闭环管理流程。方法 依据六级电子病历建设要求,依托合理用药系统、PDA扫描系统、扫描枪等智能化信息技术及工具,建立前置审方、摆药核对、配置扫描、成品复核、病区签收、患者使用的PIVAS全流程闭环节点记录系统。结果 通过对该院六级电子病历信息化改造,经PIVAS调配的药品从医生开具医嘱到患者药品使用结束,实现了全流程闭环管理。结论 基于六级电子病历构建的PIVAS闭环信息管理系统实现了药品全程可追溯,在提升患者用药安全性的同时,提高了医疗流程的运行效率。 OBJECTIVE To build a closed-loop management procedure for the complete Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS) drug informationization process in our hospital, based on the establishment of level-six electronic medical records. METHODS According to the requirements for the construction of level-six electronic medical records, and utilizing intelligent information technologies and tools such as the rational drug use system, the PDA scanning system, and scanning guns, a PIVAS closed-loop whole-process recording system was established for prescription pre-review, drug dispensing and verification, inborad allocation and scanning, final infusion product checking, ward signing, and patient drug use. RESULTS Through the information reform of the hospital’s level-six electronic medical records, the drugs provided by PIVAS had achieved closed-loop management of the entire process, from the doctor’s prescription orders to the patient’s drug usage completion. CONCLUSION The PIVAS closed-loop information management system, which is based on level-six electronic medical records, enables the traceability of medications throughout the process, enhancing patient safety while increasing the efficiency of the medical process.
