摘要
氟化铝作为铝电解过程重要的添加剂,常被加入到阳极中改善阳极的抗氧化性能。研究了不同氟化铝含量对阳极形貌、性能和微量元素的影响。结果表明:当氟化铝含量由0增加至2.0%时,阳极结构更加密实,阳极的体积密度、耐压强度和阳极的反应性得到显著改善;特别是氟化铝含量在1.0%~1.5%时,阳极的CO_(2)和空气反应残留率最大;氟化铝的添加能够显著降低阳极中Si元素含量。
As a common additive in electrolysis process,aluminum fluoride is often used in anode to improve the oxidation resistance.In this paper,the effects of different aluminum fluoride contents on the morphology,properties and trace elements of the anode are studied.The results showed that the structure of the anode is more compact when the content of aluminum fluoride increased from 0 to 2.0%.The increase of aluminum fluoride is beneficial to improve the volume density,compressive strength and reactivity of anode.When the special content is 1.0%~1.5%,the CO_(2)and air reaction residue of the anode is the largest,which are 89.11%and 81.4%.The increase of aluminum fluoride can significantly reduce the Si content in the anode.
