不良充填体条件下Ⅱ步骤采场结构参数优化 被引量:9

Optimization of Second Step Stope Structure Parameters Under Poor Backfill Condition

摘要 安徽芜湖和成矿业主矿体采用分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法回采,Ⅱ步骤采场回采进度因Ⅰ步骤采场充填质量问题而严重滞后。为安全高效回采不良充填体条件下的Ⅱ步骤采场,推荐Ⅱ步骤采场采用分段凿岩低阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法,利用FLAC;软件与Rhino建模软件对6种不同采场结构参数方案进行数值模拟研究,确定的最优采场结构参数为:当Ⅱ步骤采场两侧充填体强度为一侧大于2 MPa,另一侧小于2 MPa、大于1 MPa时,护壁厚度为3 m,顶柱厚度为5 m,间柱厚度为5 m;当Ⅱ步骤采场两侧充填体强度均小于1 MPa时,护壁厚度为3 m,顶柱厚度为6 m,间柱厚度为4 m。研究结果可为同类型矿山不良充填体条件下的Ⅱ步骤采场回采提供借鉴。 The main ore body of Wuhu Hecheng Mine in Anhui Province adopts the sublevel drilling stage open stoping with subsequent filling mining method,the stoping progress in the second step lags behind seriously because of the backfill quality problem in the first step.In order to ensure the safety and high efficiency of the second step stope under poor backfill condition,FLAC;software and Rhino software were used to simulate six groups of different stope structural parameters.The optimal stope structural parameters are as follows.When the backfill strength at one side of the second step stope is greater than 2 MPa,and that at the other side is less than 2 MPa and greater than 1 MPa,the thickness of protective wall,the top column and the inter-column is 3 m,5 m and 5 m,respectively.When the backfill strength on both sides of the stope is less than 1 MPa,the thickness of the protective wall,the top column and the inter-column is 3 m,6 m and 4 m,respectively.The research results can provide a reference for the second step stope mining under poor backfill condition in the same type of mines.
