氧化/低阶煤浮选药剂研究进展及还原浮选的可行性 被引量:5

摘要 随着我国优质煤炭资源储量日益减少,氧化/低阶煤的提质加工与综合利用势在必行。氧化/低阶煤难浮的主要原因是煤表面的氧化。氧化/低阶煤表面的含氧官能团极易与水分子形成氢键,使疏水有机质被水化层覆盖,降低煤泥的可浮性。通过改善药剂制度、选择浮选方式,或对煤样进行预处理等,可以改善氧化/低阶煤难浮的问题。合适的浮选药剂能明显改善煤表面疏水性,提高煤泥浮选效率。相较于传统药剂,还原剂能够将含氧官能团还原为烃类。使用还原剂还原氧化/低阶煤表面的含氧官能团,理论上能根本解决氧化层问题,有效地提高浮选效率,此方法具有很大的应用潜力和广阔的应用前景,值得深入研究。 With the decreasing reserves of high-quality coal resources in China,it is imperative to upgrade the quality and comprehensive utilization of oxidized/low-rank coal.The surface oxidation is the main cause of poor floatability of oxidized/low-rank coals.The oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of oxidized/low-rank coal can easily form hydrogen bonds with H;O,which makes the hydrophobic organic matter covered by hydration layer and reduces the floatability of coal.The problem of difficult floatation of oxidized/low-rank coal can be improved by improving reagent system,selecting flotation mode,or pretreatment of coal samples.Suitable flotation reagent can significantly improve the hydrophobicity of coal surface and improve the flotation efficiency of slime.Compared with traditional regents,reductants can return oxygen-containing functional groups to hydrocarbons.Theoretically,this method can fundamentally solve the problem of oxide layer,effectively improve flotation efficiency,and has a high application potentiality and a broad application prospect,which is worthy of in-depth research.
