摘要
通过对压滤机传动系统进行动态特性分析,结合现场运行过程中出现的断链、传动轴断裂问题进行压滤机的结构参数优化设计。通过增大传动轴尺寸、更换链条型号及更换接触方式进行改进优化后,压滤机的开机率得到了提高,设备故障率也显著下降,不仅为煤矿带来了显著经济效益,也极大地促进了煤矿企业的高产高效发展。
By analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the drive system of the filter press,the structural parameters of the filter press were optimized by combining the problems of broken chains and broken drive shafts that occurred during the field operation.After the improvement and optimization by increasing the size of the drive shaft,replacing the chain type and replacing the contact method,the start-up rate of the filter press was improved and the equipment failure rate was significantly reduced,which not only brought significant economic benefits to the coal mine,but also greatly promoted the high-production and high-efficiency development of the coal mine enterprise.
