摘要 为保证巷道的掘进效率能够与综采工作面的生产能力相匹配,以利民煤矿011603综采工作面为研究对象,在对其顶底板条件、水文和瓦斯条件分析的基础上,制订了有效的支护方案,以保证巷道掘进的安全。完成了大断面巷道的快速掘进设备及其配套设备的选型,并依据工作面的实际情况制定了三种分类掘进工艺,实践证明工作面的掘进效率提升将近40%。 In order to ensure that the tunneling efficiency of the roadway can match the production capacity of the comprehensive mining face,an effective support plan is developed to ensure the safety of roadway tunneling based on the analysis of the top and bottom plate conditions,hydrology and gas conditions at the 011603 comprehensive mining face,the selection of fast tunneling equipment and its supporting equipment for large section roadways is completed,and three types of tunneling techniques are developed based on the actual situation of the face,which proves that the tunneling efficiency of the face is increased by nearly 40%.
