掘进机悬臂摆动液压控制系统的仿真研究

摘要 为解决掘进机自动化控制水平较低且控制精度不足、实时性偏差的问题,以AM-50型掘进机为研究对象,在对其基本结构和液压控制系统分析的基础上,针对性地提出了液压控制系统改进方案和关键液压元器件的选型。并对比开环控制和PID控制下液压控制系统的性能,为后续提升掘进机悬臂摆动液压控制系统的自动化水平和性能奠定基础。 In order to solve the problems of large gap between the level of automatic control of roadheader and foreign countries,and the lack of control accuracy and real-time deviation,based on the analysis of the basic structure and hydraulic control system of AM-50 roadheader as an example,the improvement plan of hydraulic control system and the selection of key hydraulic components are proposed in a targeted manner.Finally,the performance of the hydraulic control system under open-loop control and PID control is compared to lay the foundation for the subsequent improvement of the automation level and performance of the hydraulic control system of the cantilever swing of the roadheader.
